1. Service Delivery

Our coaching and consulting sessions are delivered virtually via Zoom or Google Meet. Upon purchasing a package you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours detailing how to schedule your session.

• Session Scheduling: Sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability. You can book your session through our scheduling system, which offers flexibility to choose a time that works for you.
• Service Delivery Timeline: For new clients, initial consultations are typically scheduled within 5 business days of purchase. Ongoing coaching sessions can be booked according to your purchased package or program.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our consulting and coaching services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any completed or partially completed services.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules change. Clients may reschedule sessions with 24 hours’ notice without penalty.

• Rescheduling: To reschedule a session, please reschedule on the Calendly link prodvided at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. 
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered a “no-show” and the session will be counted as used.
• Missed Sessions: If you fail to attend a session without prior notice, the session will be forfeited and no refund will be provided.
